It's not like console versions are flawless either, you know? If we have to argument that, the only difference I see there is in the game's code; while the codebase remains the same, it's usually easier to compile and optimize it for a worldwide-fixed hardware than for an infinite plethora of possible configurations.

Besides, seeing how IW completely missed the mark and how SH lost control of things, if TA fails to deliver with BO3 I doubt anyone except die-hard fans will go for PC on the franchise's future.

console ports, while not flawless like you said, are indeed better than PC ports.  From what i've seen anyway
