how much i can overclock Intel Core i5-6600K with Corsair H100i GTX

Generic OC would be 4.2Ghz at the minimum, we can't give you a good prediction because overlocking is all a lottery you may not get the same overclock.

I have mine at 4.6, 1.37v stable with a bclk of 178.00. It hits a brick wall going any higher than 4.6, and it's neither a voltage problem or heat problem. I've even jacked it up to 1.45v just to see if it's possible to hit 4.7 and it never gets past the user log in screen

Asus did an informal study on a large batch of Skylake processors and they came to the concusion that half the CPUs were able to break 4.5GHz. I'd try to inch towards 4.5GHz, then, if you voltages and tempuratures are still likable, push for 4.6GHz or 4.7GHz. Asus noted that very few CPUs were able to breach 4.8GHz.

It seems like the majority of 6600Ks can get a stable 4.2Ghz+, and from what I've seen from browsing the LTT and PCPartPicker forums, quite a few chips are able to hit 4.4/4.5.

sky is the limit, you'll be limited by the quality of the chip you get...good luck finding it out!
