Get an i5 4690k and a second hand 770 or 970, thats what I've done with the "budget" gaming pc of my friend :)

You will like to stay away from asus for and cards. Kindly go ahead and get yourself a nitro 380 with cheaper price better overclocking performance and also wayyy better temperature.
