New pre-built PC. Fresh install?

I have just bought a new Toshiba Satellite P50-C-104 laptop. It is pre-loaded with Windows 8.1, and I plan to upgrade to 10. Should I do some kind of fresh install to remove pre-loaded bloatware? Will this result in loss of some useful pre-instslled software. How do I do this?

I wouldn't uninstall the OS on laptop, the manufacturers muck about with a bunch of stuff that'll retard your computer if you try to install a new OS on it.

You should upgrade to Windows 10 at first.

Then perform Clean Installation of Windows 10.

You can't activate the Windows 10, if you directly install the Windows 10 without upgrading.
