Is XFX a good brand?

Hi, so I am looking at 390 cards and really want black or black and white and the only one i saw (and cheapest) is the XFX 390, are they a trusted brand or should I just go with a bigger brand like MSI?

They are a good brand. Not sure about their warranties though.

XFX are trusted brand but I dunno how great their customer service is.

Good brand, Trusted brand its one of the more well known brands, its like the EVGA of AMD, if you can picture it like that

I've had nothing but problems with XFX over the past years. Their new cards run very hot and are loud. RMA is alright though.

Sapphire is the best brand for Radeon cards.

yeah xfx make great stuff.  Most of the AMD cards I have are XFX

Sapphire is the EVGA of AMD.

XFX is more like the Zotac of AMD, except Sapphire and Zotac are technically the same company.

the xfx 390 is one of the best overclockers out there. it is also NOT voltage locked which is important to effectively push the card harder

my old Asus hd6950 directcu ii was voltage locked. Wtf?

My sapphire 7970 wasn't voltage locked.... but it was on a custom Bios. <.<

XFX had their double lifetime warranty in which the warranty could be transferred to a second owner for a lifetime warranty as well. They've since eliminated that when an influx of miners and bios modders submitted their warranties all at around the same time... which sucks for the rest of us..
