can Corsair's CX600 handle an overclocked r9 390, with lets say... 1200/1650 speeds?

Will it run? Yessss. Will it fry your components? Maybe.... Anyway know one will know how much a 390 needs to reach such speeds. Some simply will need to increase power limit, some will need to add a small amount of voltage and some might need +100mv.
