Both are excellent. Asus support sucks though... (Could develop on that, after 3 RMA's denied...)

ASUS is shit other than their Rampage boards, which are still too expensive. if this is for Z170 just get a Extreme6+ or wait for Gigabyte's offerings.

Also Z170 Krait is a good mid-tier board choice.

PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE

RMA, and overpriced. It's only worth it if you can get one used.

For the price of a Rampage V I can get two SOC Champions and some LN2, lmao.

Overpriced on the very high end ones. For the normal stuff, like the Z170-A I am getting, they are fine. Even the cheaper ROG ones are not that bad.

Asus is overrated though I've had one of their more mid-end boards for a few years without an issue. Either way both are reliable manufacturers.

Asus has some amazing fan control,

Asrock has a bad color scheme imo

asus rma's aren't that good, but asrock gave me a horrible experience with my Z77 extreme 4m ( my asus H97 plus wasn't the best, but it lasted )

Had Asus z77 sabertooth, Asus GTX 670 DCUII and Asus z87 Gryphon all have served me well with no problems. Can't really say anything for Asrock since i've only had one of there old amd boards which was fine also but i wasn't into computer back then. Asus is over priced but i wouldn't say there bad nor is Asrock, my next board probably won't be Asus just because i can't justify the price over the equally as good yet much cheaper competition.

Also Z170 Krait is a good mid-tier board choice.

Their Z97 Sabertooth MKII seems to be very good (a massive upgrade in features and quality over my H87M-Pro, and it uses all ATX holes just like my P5Q Deluxe).
