I would like someone to make me a build I have the gpu,psu,case,case fans,hard drive and optical drive 

 

just need a cpu,mobo and ram black and blue theme

My suggestion: a computer that does things. That's all the more info I can give, with the info you've provided things.

 

Budget. Budget is the very first thing we need.

Next would be what case you're using. It's fairly hard to fit an ATX board in an mATX case.

Any i5 + any cheap mobo. If you want overclocking, 4690k and any overclocking mobo.

 

Seriously, not a hard decision.

 

If you want more than just gaming, i7

Ketchup is better than mustard.

Well, there's the i7 5820k and the i7 5930k. If you're gonna SLI or anything you may want the i7 5930k. But, really, get the i7 5820k, 16gb (4x4) or 32(4x8) DDR4. AS for mobo idk, just wait for another dude to say.
