I`ve got a problem. When I connect my Razer Marauder Starcraft 2 keyboard to pc the leds won`t activate.

The keyboard has two usb ports, one for leds and one for the keyboard itself. I plugged both of the usb in pc and when I unplugg JUST the keyboard usb the led light shows up for like 1 sec.

Any ideea how I can make the led work? A, the issue came when I pressed Fn+Led ON/OFF key two times in a row.
I reinstalled the drivers, restarted pc, tryed in another pc for no good yet

Try another pc?

Great example of how pathetic the Razer engineers are, though :P

-snip-

Have you tried starting up that Razer software (I think it's synapse) and maybe turning on the LEDs in there? (not sure if that is necessary normally)

Corsair does that, too.

And one of those cables is probably for a throughput and not for the LEDs.

Corsair did the same thing, two USB plugs for the LEDs and the keyboard itself.

Really?

Dammit Corsair!

The LEDs draw a lot of power. That's why there is two. I believe if you plug it in a USB 3.0 port you only need to use one.

I have a Razer Blackwidow. One of my cables is for a throughput and not for the LEDs, so I can plug in my mouse directly into the keyboard.

Proof of how pathetic Corsair engineers are :P

But at least Corsair's product have practical use and generally work :P

I'm talking about the RGB keyboards, the LEDs and the controller use enough power to need their own USB port.

So do Razer's products. Most of the time.

So the records of my issue are :

Reinstalled drivers

I have been trying to activate the leds from the driver
Switch between usb 2.0 to usb2.0 and to usb3.0 and even front usb ports
The leds are working, but they are not activating after i pressen Fn + f12 which is led on off twice in row
I have been trying to put it in my other pc, and on my ps4, for no good.
Ideeas how I can make it?

NEVER had an issue with any of Razer's products :P

Ever had a Razer Headset? :P

It requires USB only for POWER.

And if it's not stable 5V: constant static.

Anyone?

Ive got 2 USB ports on my Razer Blackwidow, 1 activates the keyboard and 1 allows me to plug jack cables and opens up another USB port directly to the keyboard, i only use 1 and leds are fine, i dont think you need to plug in both USB cables.
