760 to 960, Worth it?

The GTX 960 and the GTX 760 are very equal in terms of performance, i noticed a huge increase in performance when i upgraded fom a 760 OEM to a 970. So id say your best bet would be to save up enough money to purchase a 970.

meh, not really. I would save money to go for a GTX 970 or R9 290 or so minimum.

the fps.. would improve by like 2fps or somethng (of the top of my head) and the VRAM will stay the same..

not really - no
970/390 is a better bet.
