ASUS R9 390 DCII Heat Issue

Arvizal

Nope. I took all of them out, besides the 2 at the top for my ssd and hdd.

The H440 was known to have "not so great" airflow so... Welp we'll see what the shop says...

I think it's all good, since the store did run some tests and say it was unusually hot. I had completely forgotten about the deal I got when I got the card, which said I can get a replacement for the first month of a malfunctioning part. I'm getting the part delivered tomorrow!

Thanks for all the help, everyone!

there have been known quality control issues with gaps in the heat pipes on 980ti strix coolers. I assume this is the same issue occurring on the similar tpd 390. I would highly recommend rma'ng the gpu asap.

Edit it sounds like this was the case. Hopefully the new one works better for you. I personally will never ever ever buy an Asus graphics card.
