Hello, so I got a pc built by Umart. I went for all the new stuff, DDR4 Ram, New Intel CPU, 295x2 GPU, Rampage V extreme board, you know all the big bang items you think are going to be great.

as you guessed by the title things are not going so well.

Ill List off my problems one by one.

#1 The HDMI sound Crackles

#2 The 7.1 sound in my headset Crackles

#3 The pc dose not overclock safely 9/10 if I over clock it will crash and force me to reset Bios

#4 The PC randomly Blackscreens

#5 The PC randomly fails to recognise the Display driver / AMD driver and tells me its not installed forcing a reboot on the system 2/3 times before it works again

#6 The Frame rates randomly drop in most games from 100fps to 1fps for no god damn reason, maybe a bottleneck ?, When you see the hardware bottlenecking makes no logical sense

#7 Screen tearing

#8 Graphical Glitching

#9 Random Pc Crashing

#10 Freezing

I am about ready to smash this $5000 pc into the ground. I have tried multiple Reformatting, changing the OS, changing bios / update, old and new drivers. I don't have the resources to test the hardware individualy or the know how.

If anyone can help me understand why this pc sucks so hard please explain because this is driving me insane.

Well first of all the motherboard seems damaged since the audio is messed up. Some of the small errors could be beacuse of windows 10 but it could also be beacuse of something else. Actually everything could be connected to a damaged motherboard I think. Maybe not the driver troubles but that could be beacuse of windows 1o since many have had problems with GPU drivers. But I would reccomend to see if you can RMA it and just get it fixed by maybe a new MOBO but that should be their problem to fix.

the Audio Is from the Gpu's Hdmi into the TV, the speakers work from the motherboard so im not sure. as for the headsets 7.1 i donno wth thats about becuse it works on some games on others it crackles. but i think ill get the motherboard tested by somone and they can deal with getting it replaced for me. this thing has done nothing but cost me money and time sofar.

would that be the cause of FPS drop also ?

is there good airflow thoughout the case? what are the temps of you system. could well be a thermal issue
