Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a bidding for items be called an auction? (Not trying to be a dick)

Now whether it's going to be cash online or credit card and/or paypal I don't know.

Credit card and/or paypal would be hard to arrange. Paypal because its just getting into mobile payments. And credit card readers or service usually are on monthly subsciption and costly for one-time event.
