the number on the bottom is a sentences, it was translated into numbers for each individual letter. it reads as following.

 

"we are looking for a highly intelligent individual.to find them, we have devised a test. in these numbers there are a hidden message. find it, and it will lead you on the road to finding us. we look forward to meeting the few who will make it all the way through. good luck"

 

as for the top, no idea.

I think the spaces mean something guys, maybe we should add the consecutive spaces up? Maybe it's some sort of RLE?

Guys this year's puzzle is already underway, and the message is the exact same as the one from 2012.

 

It's all fake

it might be fake but the message has a very very slight difference which is, it didn't have

"hallo" and it wasn't "hidden in the image" but instead "numbers"

 

 

did they hack LTT?

I'm guessing that the statement at the bottom is a key. All of the letters used in it, or at least some of them, will be used in the 8's and 7's string

Ketchup is better than mustard.
