This is interesting. Maybe it has something to do with another thing on their website.

272 138 341 131 151

366 199 130 320 18

226 245 91 245 226

18 320 130 199 366

151 131 341 138 272

And there's another one lower down the page,

434 1311 312 278 966
204 812 934 289 1071
626 620 809 620 626
1071 280 934 812 204
966 278 312 1311 434

Quite possibly that could be a "brood location" or maybe the main brood. Since imagery software such as google earth cant show they only way to tell would be to send someone over there,

Call you german friends

I have no German friends

Guys, have you seen this?

http://cicada3301.org/liber/

The fact that cicada3301.org is going up makes me more convinced that this is either real or a decoy to distract people from the real puzzle

Their email

cicadian@riseup.net Supposedly from their website http://cicada3301.org/about/

cicada3301.org isn't an official site, and 3301 doesn't have an email address, only a PGP key

I admit I'm intrigued but I'd be lying if I said all this didn't creep me out a bit.

Thats quite interesting that as soon as someone brought it up the site went down. Well there's a slight possibility it was the real one and the 3301 group is watching us but thats doubtful.

That means we need a German now... Someone has to actually go there to see what's there, this might be a dead end, but it might also the real deal, last time this happened I heard there was a QR code or something so we need to look for something like that.

I have no idea what is going on here, but at least I can say that you don't need Germans, as the Dutch live in the Netherlands.  -_-

Only thing I can see is that some people are taking this thing (what I thought was just another spam topic) very serious!

I heard the music clue from a year or two ago.

I wonder if it had anything to do with the notes and the rest and the measure...

The guitar was playing in Common Time (4/4) there are 4 numbers in 3301 and there was a 2 measure rest every 4 (or so) measures the notes must have had a numeric value the rest could be binary 0s and some notes could carry a 1 value or a 0 value.

I'm not sure if it was suppose to be binary or another numeric system.

As far the ending goes I'm not quite sure.
I know that a clue from awhile back might not have any relevance not but there's a chance that all the clues have some sort of connection...

Could the thing with the 8s be musical notes?

Could the thing with the 8s be musical notes?

It could quite possibly be musical notes...

as the musical alphabet will repeat itself with sharps and flats...

Specifically 8 would be referring to the first sharp or flat note.

The Musical alphabet goes A to G and then repeats twice with a sharp or a flat. The seventh note is a G (the last natural note) and the eighth note could either be an A# (A-Sharp) or A-Flat.

The spaces could be rest and the length of the spaces either duration of rest (the longer lengths more like a whole rest or potentially two or more whole rest (Multiple measures).

I'm not quite sure these numbers have to do with music though it's possible this is a clue on how to solve their earlier musical clues or this is something totally different.

No, these wav files are DTMF tons, the 1.wav produce a Ton equivalent to number 1, the 2 produce 2, etc.

The right.wav produce "#" and left.wav produce "*"

So, they are pretty useless here because they don't show us any hint / clues.

About the numbers on 1033adacic.org, look at this :

Doesn't this remember you something ?

Indeed cyberpunk, found the same, except are 2 extra numbers?

The given phone number is Austria, so on border of germany, where this scandal happened....

The phone number brings you to this voicemail; http://www.filedropper.com/2015081720500043720115531out

That quotes;  The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society

@gpfransen, which 2 extra numbers are you talking about ?

Yes, and this quote is from John F. Kennedy don't know if it's relevant or not

Tried the same thing for the email and indeed it's not registered, so my though were that we have to use riseup.net but not cicadian.

Maybe decrypting http://cicada3301.org/liber/ will lead us to something

What do you think of these encrypted numbers?
