$2100(US) build - Is this good?

Hello, I'm looking to have a computer built when my birthday comes along. I'll have about a 2300 dollar (US) budget, well 2200 since I'll need a hundred for the guy to build it. I know what you going to say, "Just build it yourself, a lot cheaper." And yes, I know that! But my mom doesn't want me handling the parts myself, and I also don't have a lot of confidence in building it myself. I don't want to risk screwing it up and bricking a part.

Anyway:

Budget and location: $2100 US

Aim: Gaming computer through and through. I have a laptop for doing homework and uploading videos, etc, so I'm good in that department.

Monitors: I already have a 1080p monitor and I believe it is 60fps. Not exactly sure though lol. It's an ACER as well.

Peripherals: I already have a headset(A afterglow wireless) and a gaming mouse(Logitech G100s) so I'm good there too. I don't need speakers because I have the headset. I also have a keyboard already, though it's just a regular keyboard I got from one of my old scrapped pcs from Walmart. I don't mind it. TL;DR: I don't need any peripherals. :)

Why: I'm getting a new computer because my desktop from Walmart can't play GTA V nor can my laptop, which is also store bought.

Parts:

For the brands, I have certain ones I'll only go with. Defiantly means I would like to have them as much as possible, while preferred means I would like them other the others.

CPU - Intel only please. I don't have anything against AMD, I just like Intel better, and I also think they're better in my personal opinion.

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master, Corsair, EVGA or NZXT

Motherboard - ASUS(Defiantly), gigabyte, EVGA(Preferred) or MSI

Memory - Corsair, EVGA, G-skill or Kingston

Storage - Corsair, Intel,  Kingston, Samsung, Seagate or Western Digital

Video Card NVidia only please! No AMD for the same reason as the CPU- ASUS(Preferred), EVGA(Preferred), Gigabyte, MSI or  NVidia.

CASE - Cooler Master, Corsair, NZXT, are the most preferred but I will accept Silverstone, Fractal, and BitFenix depending on their rating and how the case looks. Oh, that's another thing, I would like a stylish case instead of just a plane box case and a window is preferred as well.

PSU - Cooler Master, Corsair, EVGA, Gigabyte, NZXT, are preferred but I will accept BitFenix, Fractal, or Silverstone based on rating and how well their rep is.

Optical Drive - ASUS, HP,  LG, Samsung or Sony

OS - Windows 10!!!!!

I would be willing to think about other brands based on rep and reviews but other than that I would like the brands listed, please and thank you. :)

Also, I plan to upgrade this rig from time to time, like the processor I want the mid tier or the 5960x lol, who doesn't? And I might add another Graphics card for SLI in the future as well, but for now, just a good starting X99 or just a good starting gaming computer period would be nice.

No point in X99 for gaming. You'd get the same gaming performance from a 4690K. Also, that board is worth more then the CPU... Not a great combination.

SSD is not very good, PSU should be better for such a high budget.

Give me a minute and I'll make a partlist for you

Also, a note on your preferences for PSUs, the brand doesn't matter. EVGA for example have both good and bad PSUs, as they don't make them. It's the OEM that matters. EVGA's GS, G2, PS, P2 and T2 series are all good. Go for SeaSonic if you're unsure, they don't really make any bad PSUs.

EDIT: Put in an 850W PSU to allow for SLI and expansion in the future, in case anyone was wondering.

Well, I went with X99 so I could build my way up to the 5960X. I want that 8 core beast!!! Lol. And the ASUS Rampage I just love the way it looks and it's features!

Oh! I forgot to mention that I would like the board to have wifi but it's no bid deal if it doesn't. I can buy an expansion card for that.

From what I've seen it's a little less performance if not on par with the X99 platform in terms of gaming. It offers a few frames less, it not the same as X99.

But again, I'll keep it in mind.

After thinking about it, I decided to go with Skylake. There's bound to be processors better than the 5960x, and on top of that I can save money to build an X99 platform if I wanted to in the future. So here's a new list that I would like to judged. Same rules as the first post apply.

Stick with X99 over Skylake. The difference in gaming performance is very slight, maybe a couple of extra fps. The 5820K is the stronger all round cpu.

Overclocking the cpu doesn't really have any benefit for gaming though in most cases.

The Overclocking expert on OCUK did a quick comparison of the i7 6700K and the i7 5820K.

I've decided upon further thought and advice from a computer guy here in town, to go with X99 over Skylake. I can get better performance out of X99 2011-V3 over Z170 1150. If any manufacture decides to put a 2011-V3 socket on a Z170, I'll consider upgrading to that, but for now, I am on a mission to get the 5960X!

Hey. I saw you want to build you sistem up to 5960X, so rather then buy AIO watercooler now, stick with air cooler and go with custom loop in the future.  (sorry I don't believe in AIO water coolers - friends cooler leaked after 2 years of use and destroid his PC). Also don't listen to guys saying "go with SKYLAKE"... For now Haswell-E is better than Skylake.

So here is the build, I went with windows 8.1 (you can easily upgrade to windows 10 for free). For now I love my x99 build and I think that you will love it too. (you can also go with MSI x99 SLI Plus and save a lot of money, so you can add aditional GPU or swap the 5820K with 5930K. - ROG are often overpriced)
