Is it ok for my cpu to be going from a clock of 100MHz to 625MHz again and again? Also any upgrades needed?

Yes the CPU is designed to ramp up as needed and cool down as to avoid unnecessary electrical usage and increase longevity.

For your second question, "are any upgrades needed".. Yes. All of the upgrades are needed xD.

 

Get rid of that GPU, CPU and Mobo and perhaps the PSU.

Get rid of that GPU, CPU and Mobo and perhaps the PSU.

There's nothing wrong with them; just something to upgrade if the owner has the money.
