CS GO hackers..

As I ranked up I noticed more and more hackers, it's gotten to the stage where I am going to just quit. In my last 5 games people have admitted to hacking and in the spec cam thing I can see them aim hacking...

Its so frustrating that such a fun game ruined by hackers.

This is a common thing sadly, I feel the same way.  The key is to be better than the hackers, even if that means deranking.

The rank after gold nova 4 or something, I noticed hackers in almost every game after getting to nova 2

Very common problem in CS:GO. It's amazing that Valve aren't doing anything to address it, but I guess when you are flawless in the publics eye, why even bother.

IMO A lot of the CS:GO community is scammers and hackers(noticed this from videos), it makes me sick. I recently got scammed of a Gut Knife Tiger Tooth FN and haven't played CS for about a week since. Still waiting for a reply off steam support.  But I'm MG1 and like the others, I haven't ran into any hackers...

 

BUT SMURFS.. HOLY CRAP THE SMURFS

After the (sorta) recent VAC waves, I haven't noticed many hackers at all. Well, this may be because I mainly play ESEA now and only MM to keep my rank. Well worth the $7 a month once you're up to an appropriate skill level. My current rank is SMFC, I would recommend getting to at least eagle before buying ESEA unless you want to get absolutely creamed. You might want to check out Cevo or Faceit

I'm MGE. Until now I've only encountered one hacker. Lots of smurfs obviously, but the hackers seem to be in a higher rank. The complaints about hackers have been declining since the level three thing was introduced

It gets worse at higher rank, i'm currently Supreme Master First Class, and 9 times out of 10 there's someone triggerbotting, or blatantly wallhacking and keeps revealing people's spots to their team, even after their death.

It's even more irritating when they grouped. And the cherry on the cake? They're usually ~14 year old russian / eastern european kids that won't stfu in-game.

 

Yesterday, my first 3 games - all of them had at least 2 hackers on the opposing team, and they kept doing prefire headshots through corners etc, my team stood no chance.

 

 

On a side note, you do get some complete and utter dribblers that have clearly been carried to get to LEM or LE, as they play really bad.

Quite frankly Valve is the one letting everyone ruin the game.

 

I'd find something new to play. Arma is fun, Battlefield is surprisingly awesome after a year, Call of Duty is fun too but....Ehhh...

As LEM I don't really run in to them a lot...

It happens every now and then but Valve has been caring a lot more lately and been stepping up their game.

There was a lot and I mean A LOT of smurfs from basically GNM to DMG but I don't really run in to them either.

A LE/LEM ranked player here. And just started a smurf account quite recently too.

 

Pointing out HACKERS

- The VAC wave has already been initialized a couple months back so I am not expecting much hackers at this current time.

- The amount of hackers has reduced greatly and with Overwatch being out of beta, more people had overwatched more reported players. So statiscally, the amount of hackers should be reduced too.

 

Wrong assumptions

- My smurf had just ranked up to MG2 after 10 (straight) wins and i have already started getting "feedback" from opposing teams during compe matches that i am walling/hacking even though i'm not.

- Some shots are luck based, and these are where the probability of players to wrongly claim other players hackers increases.

 

An (actual experience) scenario in Dust2:

- Was a CT trying to hunt the last T which was saving.

- Last seen him walking out of CT mid going towards mid door.

- Only 2 possible locations, top mid or tunnels.

- A teammate was already at A long doors so i assume he can flank the T if he was at top mid. So i went to Tunnels.

- Was at the spiral stairs in tunnel and heard loud movement sounds from my left headset speaker.

- At this point i know that he is at top mid and proceed to hunt him down.

- Was called a waller til we won the match.

I actually never encounter any hackers, strange.

From Silver 3 to Legendary Eagle, all my games were hacker-free and I only get smurfs.

I'm LEM on my main and since playing this game for almost 2 years and starting from silver 1, I have met hackers a few times (mostly in MGE/DMG) but smurfs were much more common. In MG1 and 2, my games used to be completely filled with eagle and higher smurfs...that was a pain to get out of but the first game (and all games after) I played as double AK, never found a smurf again... Until yesterday, I was solo queuing on my main and we easily won pistol round and after...we lost 14 rounds in a row...score in the end 16-2. When the game ended, we realized that the two top fraggers were boosters on their supreme alts boosting 2 Eagles and Eagle master...worst game I have played in ages.
