Looking for a new (android?) phone

Currently have a Samsung s4 but my contract has ended so I'm due an upgrade. I like the screen size of my phone, and really don't want to go too much bigger. When are the next wave of phones released? My ideas are a moto x, next HTC one, s6/s7,an oneplus 2. What do you think?

If you like the way samsungs rendition of andriod is, then look at the s6, as it is quite a nice package.

S6 is a much cleaner version of Touchwiz. LG's phones are about as bloated as your S4, maybe more. They're also bigger than your S4 which may not be to your liking.

How about a moto x, or moto x play (style is too big)? Worth waiting for the next nexus?
