Can I sell my old Shield Tablet?

My tablet is the one with the defective battery so I am getting a replacement in 2-4 weeks. I was wondering if I could make some kind of money on my tablet with the defective battery. I was wondering if there was some website or something that would take broken electronics. (It's not broken but it will not be functional once I set up the replacement)

Everybody knows about the recall.  Nobody will accept it.  You have to send it in.

I'm recalling mine too. You don't have to send it in. Actually, as soon as the replacement tablet boots up, the old one is disabled and rendered unusable.

Just block nvidia servers lol. or never use wifi again :D

Desolder the wifi and 3g module from it

I am sure they will want you to send back the defective tablet, thats what a recall means
