Yes, it will keep everything. As long as your stuff is compatible with Windows 8.1, it should work just fine on Windows 10.

If i upgrade to windows 10 and choose to keep everything. Will it keep my steam games and programs like Photoshop installed?? Is there anything i will have to back up like old games that are not on steam or will it keep them to?? Thanks

Yes, it will keep everything. As long as your stuff is compatible with Windows 8.1, it should work just fine on Windows 10.

It should stay if everything goes as it should. But I would backup important files for safety.

Everything will stay the same except you will have windows 10, all apps and personal files are kept. I have done this myself.
