Just ordered X99! What do you think?

You should change your location to "Intel heaven" is what I think.

Hehe. X99 is quite nice. I think you will enjoy it :)

Maybe Asus heaven :)

Big upgrade from a 8350. Board is overpriced though.

Ik, but I always wanted a ROG board. Like BADLY...

Damn that motherboard is probably twice the amount I paid for my graphics card... Looks like it's gonna be a sick build though! Good luck :)

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

But.. It supports 4 way SLI... Maybe you are talking about the 5820K's 3 way SLI only limitation?

I wouldn't call someone an idiot when the person telling us this doesn't even know what it supports lol

It really annoys me when people spend tons of money on hardware and have little to no idea how computers work.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

If you read *1 tho. :P

SLI supports low as x8 speed.....only 28 lines on the board.

8x4=32......

Unless SLI supports x4 speed then you can't do 4 way SLI on the Rampage 5 Extreme.
