Mini ITX Build Thoughts and Tips

Building a new PC and want to know if theres anything I could add or improve. 

Processor Intel Anniversary Edition G3258

Motherboard MSI H81I

GPU Asus GF GT610

RAM Kingston 4GB DDR3 HyperX

HDD Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 32MB

Fans Deepcool Blue LED and CPU Fan

Case Apex M1008/Golden Field Mike 210 Same case different brands though I think Golden Field makes them as they are based in China and Apex resells as it is more expensive.

Using PSU that comes with the case.

Budget 300€.

 

Edit PSU Chieftec SFX ATX2.3 350W SFX-350BS or Chieftec SFX 12V 250W CSM-250P instead of GPU.

Sorry I forgot to include this. It would be used for internet browsing, Photo Editing, Video Editing,Low gaming, Medium gaming when I get a good GPU.

I do indeed plan to upgrade eventually but the G3258 should perform nearly as well as an i3 when OC Atleast thats what some googling claimed.

Where are you buying ? A lot better can probably be done for that price.

if your going to cheap out on the GPU at least get a GT740 with a stolck clock of 1000MHz or greater. It not like a 750TI or anything but its will get the job done on the main stream games like Dota or LOL

Yes in Europe. Yes I do plan to upgrade. A1.lt it is in my language but you should be able to navigate by pictures from http://www.1a.lt/kompiuteriu_komponentai.

I am open to change a component or more if there is a better option.

I was looking at 730 but with advice from other forum members I chose to use that bit of budget for a better PSU and get a good GPU when I have more budget.

So, for 300w, ATX size ( does size matter ? ) with an upgrade path ( you can drop in a gpu later without loosing too much money )

No point in the GFX card. honestly rather put that money towards a i5 or something. the onboard intel HD will prob do a better job than a 610.  Did this with a mate of mine build up a pc on a steep budget. Went

 

i5 - 4460

4gb ram 

500gb hdd

450wat PSU. 

 

Upgrade path we followed. New up did another 4gb ram, Than put in a SSD 120gb (That Made a massive difference) and last he saved up a long time and did a 960 (this was before the R 3xx came out) and he is loving his PC now.

Thank you for your reply. The hard drive is the same I had chosen and the RAM I know I could go cheaper but I am ok with spending a couple € more on Blue HyperX that maches my motherboard and fans. I have considered MATX and again I know its cheaper but I would like A Mini ITX build just for portability and fitting anywhere. PSU I will probably keep stock for a start and maybe upgrade if I add a GPU. Thanks for your work and effort in this reply.
