@helping something always bugged me about Aldnoah Zero. Aldnoah is supposed to have limitless power right? How are the earth mech's able to go for that long while fighting them without refueling or something? I swear Gundam have more power issues than those mecha. i can only think it was just the writer taking the easy way out.

Also that ship powered by aldnoah what real benefits did it have? Seemed like a standard ship that could now fly basically. Call me not impressed.

@helping something always bugged me about Aldnoah Zero. Aldnoah is supposed to have limitless power right? How are the earth mech's able to go for that long while fighting them without refueling or something? I swear Gundam have more power issues than those mecha. i can only think it was just the writer taking the easy way out.

there is nothing special about the ship really, it was just strong af (compared to earth stuff) and had advanced shit in it, it was on par with the equipment from the spaaace doods, which is better, earth had inferior technology.

 

the battles tend to end before duration becomes an issue, earth suits were underpowered too but MC pulled some 420noscope strats (naturally)

the spaaace colony weapons did technically have unlimited power, but they're still under normal mechanical limitations.

 

having a cat powered by black holes won't do much without wheels, infinite power is only useful if it can be used, f you get what i'm saying

I remember i watched like 3 episodes when it was airing, it was not that bad, but i left it there.

shockingly boring, the "comedy" was pretty lame too.

Yep it's not horrible so if you have run out of things to watch have at it. Or you know go back and watch classics that you havn't seen in a number of years. I'm quite enjoying Outlaw Star at the moment.

I've been doing that actually, was rewatching stuff till i started watching Nana.

Kinda cross post with the anime club but I was going through pics on my phone and found these pics I did on my old phone when Yoshitoshi ABE was at ACEN in 2014. I think I have some better pics that I took with my DSLR once I got home but ill have to find those.

I picked up all of the anime works he was involved in that I could find and got them all signed. If you notice im sadly missing Neia_7 since no one was carrying it. The second limited edition copy of lain is for a close fiend of mine who had to back out last minute and ABe is by far his favorite animator. Since our line was only 20 or so strong he was nice enough to do a bit of drawing. The line for the english voice actors next to us was outside the autograph area. All I have to say is man where they missing out. This was ABe's first time to a US convention BTW.

Oh, and if your wondering why I had to buy then and just didn't have my original Geneon Boxset's signed, well I didn't have them with me. I kinda go to the con every year so I dont pay all that much attention as to who is going

lol you shouldnt do that as randomly important stuff happens here. Really depends on the current state of the anime club as to if this is needs to be active or not. Also depends on my personal workload.
