Though I'm cherry picking, this map along with Genryuu Kaiko, Deconstruction Star and Kanshou no Matenrou are what I'd call pretty...

Yeah its the shine 3, it was delivered with stock keycaps and the ones I wanted were in their own box. it was 90$ for the keyboard and 50$ for the caps both brand new

First its getting your aim down, then its your timing for notes. when you get those both you will be doing better and better plays

my aim is totally fine. my consistency is just cancer.

above 3 min, and my hand is on the weird position, and such make my hand hurt.

It might be your grip that makes it happen. When I played with my Huion 420 that happened alot then switched my grip and it was much better. 

This is my current Grip:
