What's the best laptop for $1000?

1.) Have you ever heard of an adapter? Yeah, they exist. 

 

so 1200$ macbook minus 100$ discount + 80$ adapter 1180$ + tax which is over budget, if the budget was higher then MAYBE a macbook would be an option.

And if you ignored pref/dollar considerations... But that's another issue.

My point was more focusing on that for 1200$ i can buy an asus gaming laptop with an i7 and probably an SSD.
