Australian Budget Build ($1100)

I'm reviewing a build for a friend and I'm wondering if you can see anything that can be improved. We're living in Australia and he has a total budget of $1500AUD, but I'm giving him about $400AUD for a Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. The computer will mainly be used for gaming.
