If you want something super easy to make, go with something like weebly.

 

If you want to build a website with tons of customization, options, and no advertising, go with something like 000webhost.

Just as a addon if you dont like the address that you get with the free sites.

You can use something like dot tk which makes your address like www.example.tk

I ended up going with neq3 hosting (The Mars plan) we will see how it go's

In my point of view free hosting are not suitable for professional web site. If you are going to host small professional site then better use shared hosting. I suggest you to have a look at 9CubeHosting.com here they provide Linux hosting based web hosting with good uptime and customer support.

Free hosting is never faithful hosting even if you are doing well or not spaming platform except blogspot platform.
