Well if you mean to have the motherboard flat or raised up, then flat and the GPU ontop would cause less sagging

Well if you want the GPU to be as straight as possible, then it being gay would obviously be a problem.

If you're designing and building your own case, you could design in a graphics card support. Back plates for the GPU reduce sag too, and of course it depends what card you're using, some sag more than others.

My Asus 770 sags a bit, when I lay it on the table, where the connections are, it's 1-2mm off the table

And where would I place my GPU if I'd use one? You're answer doesn't seem to answer my question  :ph34r:

I would place it vertical and use standoffs to mount it to something. This way the mobo can be wherever...
