Just a quick question.

 

With its fan, does it suck or blow air? (I'm putting a fan next to it to add more intake since my GPU gets to 75-78 under load, maybe this fan will give it at least -1 or -2) Dont want to the PSU blowing air and the fan I mounted next to it suck air(The hot air from the PSU).

The PSU sucks air into itself and exhaust out the back. Having it down will isolate it and let it have the coldest possible air.

PSU fans are always pushing air into the PSU and outside the back.

A fan sucks air from one side and blows it out the other...
