I am going to build a pc soon, and this is the specs.

Intel Core i5-4460

Zotac NVIDIA GTX 970

8 GB RAM (2x4 GB) Corsair Vengeance

2x Seagate Barracuda 500 GB

1x Adata SP600 128 GB

Intel Stock Cooler

Asrock H97M Anniversary.

My question: Will a CX500 hold it?

(i will also be using 3 usbs)

Should hold it just fine.

Unless you plan to upgrade to a higher performance GPU, and/or CPU in the future, should be fine.

Yep.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.
