In title. Also if you were to give it an esrb rating what would it be?(I mean teen, m, etc)

In my opinion it's a completely average survival game nowadays by common standards. Mediocre graphics, mediocre gameplay, mediocre evnironment & features.

 

I refunded it, I didn't see any reason to play it over any other survival game.

 

Disclaimer: I Do Not Like The Flood Of Crap Survival Games That Are All Trying To Piggy Back Off Of Each Other. I have only liked one or two here or there, but they almost all feature identical gameplay, graphics, and concepts.

I would give it 8/10 from watching youtubers play because I have not yet built new system and ARK won't run on Intel HD Graphics

 

I herd since it's a new game it's that well optimized yet

Only if you have a good rig and couple friends with good rigs.
This game is poorly optimized. It's best with a friend or two.

Graphics were great, but a little to insane. I could barely run medium settings.

I would give it a 8/10. Amazing graphics, great gameplay, if you have friends to do it with and a fast rig then 10/10 would get.
