I more thought fuck you for making me deal with that sudden volume increase.

I've been trying to find the source of this meme. Do you know of it?

The "what are thooooooooooseee?!" part? A black guy (not intended to be racist just saying it to describe it), and you know with black people Jordans and such, went up to a police officer and said, "I got one question for you...WHAT ARE THOOOOOOSEEE?!" with the police shoes and everyone just started doing parodies of it.
