afaik, Seasonic and Superflower are the only two brands who make their own power supplies, so they should be the most consistent as far as performance is concerned. 

 

All other brands buy theirs in from other manufacturers so there is always a possibility of the one you buy today being different to one you bought yesterday if the brand decides to start using a different manufacturer.

I heard it before that seasonic and corsair is the same?

i posted a toms hardware link that shows who manufacturered what psu in my other post. Somewhat outdated info.

Windows runs on AMD64 (AMD MADE THAT IN 1999)

Intel's failed 64bit architecture was Itanium in 2001, than coppied amd's amd64 in 2004
