well i drawed on myself not with a sharpie like everyone does its a black pen and its got a thin tip but it is  really inky and like i colored the thing i drawed on my arm too im scared if i get ink posing or that thing if u draw on urself  and the pen is like very inky if u color in so what will happen does t matter if i draw on myself i also colourd in with a whiteboard pen and that pen

Did you break the skin?

Just drawing on your skin (or in your skin for that matter) won't do anything. Unless you litterally jabbed a Sharpie into an open wound, nothing will happen.
