noctua thermal paste og the stuff that comes with my ekwb supremacy evo waterblock?

i have an unused tube of noctua NT-H1 and im wondering if i should use it or if i should use the stuff that comes with my full nickel waterblock?

usually using the pre-applied thermal paste is actually a pretty good idea. Not because the thermal paste it the best of the best, but it's more than decent, AND it's spread out in a thin even layer. This is really hard to do by hand, so using the pre-applied is usually what i recommend, due to ease. The cooling aspect might be 1-2 degrees tops if both methods are done correctly.

NTH1 is held in high regard as excellent thermal paste. If we're talking pre-applied VS aftermarket, then just use the pre-applied stuff.
