I vote for doing the intro with helium.

Isn't breathing helium dangerous? Doing that much talking while breathing helium sounds like it would be really bad for you.
So long as it's a contained source and he allows some normal breathing (just have tons of Linus style edits) it would be fine, if they just flooded the room on the other hand...At least it's alot safer than doing it with argon which requires you hanging upside for an extended period of time to actually get it out of your system.

you do have helium mixed with a breathable oxygen level which still has the same effect. but he needs to breath in the gas more.
