Do i need to reserve windows 10?

Purpose of reserving is to make a queue so you get updates without any problems. You will have one year after release to download it without reserving.

Dont want to download windows 10 until i see some offical reviews. I also love windows 7. if i dont reserve can i still download it later? what is the purpose of reserving it?

It isn't necessary to reserve it, it will give you a notification when you are able to download it. If you want to wait after the reviews, you don't have to.

 

Also: wouldn't you want to have your username changed? ;)
