If you're hosting just have some beer around. If you're attending you can bring your own beer or a bottle of liquor and hope everyone doesn't drink it in the first ten minutes.

 

Yeah, we bring our alchool but I mean, like something that can amaze the people or something cool, like gummybear shots.

This is actually a fairly safe mix of choices. Add in some cola, soda water and pale dry ginger ale as mixers/softdrinks. You might want to check if you are inviting any wine drinkers, too.

If you want everyone at the party to get pretty much blackout, fall down the stairs, drunk.
