New Mechanical keyboard making weird noise

Tom is a Door

It is a blue kailh, the backspace makes this squeaky noise everytime it is pressed, so instead of buying a keypuller for 7-8 dollar, I used my hands, the backspace doesn't contain any kind of metal spring thingy, also the switch is fine( I am fresh in mechanical kb world, could be wrong) my hypothesis is that the key's cut out has something do with it and plastic rubbing against plastic has to do with it, how do I solve it ?

Well that, my friend, is why you buy a mechanical keyboard with Cherry switches.

And, two of my friends who understand the full internals of switches: @Charger and @TheProfosist

I suppose you could try and get your money back or at the very least attempt to get a replacement. Tbh you should've gone with Cherry switches in the first place.
