Best Fully Modular 600W PSU?

Hi, I am looking for the best, arround 600W, psu that is fully modular and wont break my bank

Would you say that the EVGA GS is better than the Corsair RM series? This is my first build and I'm going for a silent mATX build so it can live on my desk for the world to see.

The case I'll be using is the Fractal Design Node 804. Thanks!

EVGA GS is basically a Seasonic G, and as you can see it vastly outperforms the RM, while costing less.
