Best place to buy used components [Europe]

So the other day i taught it would be nice to get an extra 7970 for my rig, since i am noticing some lag in games (not much but enough to piss me off :unsure:).

I checked out my Ebay since its the only online marketplace i could think of that would have used hardware, but 90% of the sellers there are in the US so shipping costs as much or more then the card :angry:

Do you guys have any tips for where to shop used in Europe?

Maybe you can try some German places possibly, but I really don't know..
