CPU/MoBo Combo Opinions Needeed

Hi,I want to change my mb and cpu.I was looking for i3 4150 + asrock h97m anniversary + 1x4gb ram or pentium g3258 overclocked on 4.5Ghz +   asrock h97m anniversary + 2x4gb ram.I will staying on integrated graphics.What to choose?i3 or pentium g3258

Gaming and rendering (if performance from integrated graphics are like asus eah 4650 1gb is ok,i can stay with integrated graphics).What can I choose?
