New Gaming/Streaming/Rendering Rig, Budget <$4000 USD

Looking to build a new computer for gaming, streaming, and rendering for under $4000 USD. Usually the stuff I tend to do is more CPU intensive as I spend a lot of time playing games in Dolphin (the Wii/GC emulator) and my current PC CPU just doesn't cut it for that, especially not trying to stream it. However, I would like to play most of the games I throw at it in 4K@60fps. Just a while ago that wouldn't be too hard, but ever since Grand Theft Auto V came out I've been playing a ton of that, and I have issues even running that in 1080p on my current PC. I also plan on getting Windows 8.1 and a Cherry MX blue mechanical keyboard along with it, and for those I'm looking at the Ducky Shine 4 and Razer BlackWidow Ultimate, both of which are around the same price range. Anyways, I think that's about it. If there's anything I missed that you all need to help, let me know.

not sure if trolling or serious. sorry for the doubt, but most people don't join a tech forum then immediately drop $4k on tech by recommendations of a forum they are new to.

Not like I'm definitely going to buy whatever people here say to buy, but I figure I'd ask here as well as a couple other sites I asked on. I know what I'm doing computer and parts-wise, but I figure I'd get as many people's opinions as possible considering I'm about to drop $4k, lol.

at that price range, I'd start with the 4930k and a compatible motherboard, a solid power supply, and if you really want to game at 4k, a Titan X, maybe 2

Copy my build?(signature) You can get cheaper RAM and MoBo though. If you wan't all out you can get a 5960x I wouldn't suggest it right now since GTA V doesn't like 8 core CPU's.

Also my PSU is tad bit overkill so try for something around 860w?

You can start with something like this.  Add a second Titan if you want, the PSU will handle it.

$2302 before rebates:
