Has anybody else suddenly not been able to view the content on Vessel?

It has been working fine for me so far(apart from playback issues) but today I open the app on my iPad go to watch a Linus vid and it states that it's only for paid members?

I used the Linus code for early access for the first year but this seems to have vanished.

anybody else having issues with it as well as me?

Yes, I never did get the early access for 1 year, as promised.  Not very impressed with Vessel so far.

Because said "giveaway" is over since last month. You didn't need a credit card at the time.

The giveaway was over ages ago. And so was the free year as well.

I am having a similar issue. It now says that my account doesn't even exist! I had been watching on vessel for a month, and today it decided I no longer have an account. (watching from browser, in case that matters). I tried logging in several times, but each time it said there wasn't an account with my e-mail, or username.

Vessel straight up forgot me. I signed up in the one year free thing and now when i try to login my acc is not recognized even though it been working great the last weeks...... what da hell!

I was willing to pay the monthly fee to support LMG but not when i dont know if my acc is gone the next day.

To everyone having this issue on the mobile version.  Logout and log back in.  Fixed the issue for me, as I had it a few days ago.

what if youre acc is not recongized

are u sure ur using the correct email/password?

If that doesn't help, try contacting vessel support.

i tried to sign up for a new acc and it let do it without no problems. But I cant find the support page can you send me a link or tell me where to go, when i do a google search it gives me nonsense

This is the USA support link https://support.vessel.com/hc/en-us. I see that you're in Germany tho...

 

I'll assume that you're using the Vessel website.

Click on the hamburger (3 lines) icon in the top left corner.

Scroll to the bottom of the menu that comes in on the left.

At the bottom of that menu it has multiple links. For me, the link to support is named "Help". I guess it would be the German equivalent for you.

Contact Vessel support. They should be able to get you sorted out. If that doesn't work email me at linustechtips@gmail.com and I'll forward the problem.
