Noctua NH-D14 Ram Clearance?

My CM Seidon 240m died recently, and i'm planning to get a Noctua NH-214. Will it have enough clearance for my Ram? Or should I just buy another Seidon?

this means that the cooler will work with both fans.

There's something fishy with your avatar...

 

The FAN overhangs the dimm slots, but the fan can be moved. It's got fairly good ram compatibility, considering the size.

Eh. The D14 and 240M are relatively similar, but the 240M is slightly better.

 

You shouldn't notice a difference, if you were getting acceptable temps with the 240M it'll be roughly the same with the D14. Just a little warmer

4.5ghz shouldn't' be too difficult but it will depend on the chip more-so than the cooler at this point. 

The NH-D14 and Seidon 240M perform similarly but I'd go with the quieter NH-D14 between the two.
