Jail breaking Ios 8.3? a few questions.

So I used to have 7.0.4 and my phone derped lastnight and I lost everything. no biggy really, except when I reset my phone and updated I got 8.3, which would be cool except I can't do a couple things that I could do when my phone was JB.

 

All I want to do is hide a dozen icons/programs/apps/whatever you want to call them, and resize them so they are a bit bigger.

 

I was using springtomize for this. but its been awhile since my last JB job.  So where can I go about customizing my interface?

 

I am in the states where jailbreaking is legal.

tough luck, there's no jailbreak for iOS 8.3 yet.

 

Apple has blocked some of the elements for the TaiG team. Might be a while.

I doubt there is a jailbreak for 8.3 since it only just came out like 24 hours ago (might be wrong)

 

Personally I just shove Icons I dont like in a folder and pretend they never existed

This might be silly but I am at work, so is there a way I can back up to like 8.2 or whatever the latest JB is? (I haven't done this in awhile.)

i'm not sure, there could be one from 8.3 to 8.1.2, just gotta search around.
