Silent PSU fan recomendation!

Hello! I'm on the search for a quiet 120mm fan for my PSU (Coolermaster expreme power plus 600w) because it runs at 100% all the time and its the loudest thing in my pc... I have other 7 fans + the included in the gpu + the cpu pump and they go really quiet, can almost never hear them but the psu is annoying!!!

 

Bear in mind I live on Argentina so I couldn't find any Noctua :( but I can find most cooler master, corsair, antec, nxzt fans!

 

Should I go for a airflow model or a static pressure one?

Corsair RM series is quiet in my opinion.

I want to change just the fan, not the entire PSU!

I would have suggested Bitfenix Spectre Pros but for some reason only LED editions are available. Same thing with Aerocool stuff. NZXTs aftermarket stuff isn't that bad either
