Room gets very hot

Open a window use a windowsill fan to cycle the air or crank the A/C

My room in my house is getting very hot (which is a good thing because that means my computer is cooling off) and i wanted to know how to dissipate the heat outside

 

Real Location: Minnesota

 

Important Specs:

CPU: AMD a10 7700K

Motherboard: asrock fm2a88x+ killer

if you need more specs i will give them to you

 

i can do water cooling soon but can't now

install a ceiling fan

Water cooling will INCREASE your room temperature, as it is more effectively moving the heat from the components to your room.

Watercooling will just dissipate more heat into the room, I just use some old case fans during the summer and install in the window so it helps circulate fresh air into the room.

its true, well then again I have only lived in one state which is Minnesota so I am biased

You could grab something like a window fan that goes onto a window. Something like this below.

I have one that can run the motors in two different direction simultaneously so it can remove stale air and bring in fresh air at the same time. They don't normally cost much, the one I got was from home depot for like $20-25 USD.

No, water cooling just removes the heat more quickly. The amount of heat generated doesn't change and the room would stay the same temperature.
