Could this have a negative effect on my computer?

Thelillypad123

So a while back I had a windows installed on one of my harddrives that I ended up corrupting beyond use through Regedit, now when I turn on my computer I have the option of using the old "recovered" one or the clean install, of course the old one doesn't work and it was before I sWitcher my mobo and cpu, so that's another reason it doesn't work. Anyways, could having this on another harddrive effect my computer in a negative way?

Not at all, corrupted files are dead and don't do anything negative or positive. It's best to just delete it unless there are files that you need/want.
